Zeus adventure with bone cancer

Zeus had his 5th round of chemo last monday . he is still doing well. He will have his 6th and final round in 2 weeks. They will be doing thoracic x-rays to see if his lungs are still clear. My hope of having a summer with him is getting better. we estimate he has had the active cancer since last august. this makes 8 months so far.. we are happy with that. time with him is preciouse.

Zeus hanging out with his brother

Zeus finished his 4 th round of chemo Monday. He is doing real well. Our oncologist read a study that suggested longer remission with 6 rounds, 2 more than the standard. We are going for 6 rounds since he is handling it so well. Today was a great day. He played outside all day with his brother and mom. Dad has built a new dog door that is open to the floor so he can come in and out with out having to jump. He loves it. It also is good for his brother who had the back surgery last November.

no new pictures, but was thinking i could post baby pictures. We have had Zeus from birth. He was born in our home. He still has his mama and one brother he lives with.
